T-Mobile Announced G2
New & latest T-Mobile G2 by HTC (aka HTC Vision), which is the first smartphone exclusively designed for T-Mobile’s new HSPA+ network. Similar to the G1, the first Android phone, the newest G2 is a slider with side-slide full QWERTY keyboard. Of course, the G2 gets a better look & more advanced features than the G1.
The G2 runs the Android 2.2 OS. It includes HSPA+ capabilities & supports 720p HD video recording with its 5 Megapixel auto focus camera including with LED flash. The phone has a 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen, 8GB preinstalled 8GB microSD card, Bluetooth, WiFi & 3.5mm jack.
The newest T-Mobile G2 comes with full suite of Google applications, including Google Voice, Google Voice Action, Google Maps with Places & Navigation, Google Earth & of course Android market. The phone also packs Swype text input method & Adobe Flash Player.
